Mental Health issues are on the rise and data is proving community health needs to be discussed and solutions provided at a higher level.

  1. As a community, why don’t we talk more about how we are feeling? What are some of the barriers that prevent us from reaching out for help?

  5. With being a business owner, what type of mental health services would work best for your employees (i.e. group setting, individual setting, in-person, or virtual setting)
