The first step in starting your career in real estate for Virginia is obtaining a license. Our 60-hour (32-hour seat-time hybrid) Virginia Principles of Real Estate Course will equip you with everything you need to obtain your Virginia Real Estate license! Sessions will be taught for four consecutive weeks by a live instructor. Choose to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom. The course fee is $340 and includes eBook.
